House of Gilles has teamed up with noted designer Simon Ungless, acclaimed for his impactful print work with Alexander McQueen, to dress the performers of this groundbreaking show. Merging tradition with innovation, the troupe will be dressed to the nines in everything from classic tailcoats and suits to spectacular gowns, all of which incorporate intricate, cutting-edge elements such as wet-lace textures, handcrafted lapel flowers and eye-catching metallic detailing. Ungless's Atelier Jolie residency later that year offered a closer look at the printmaking practice behind his work.
